In the internet you may find a lot of articles telling how these generations are different and how hard is to reach them with right content and channel. However, I do not know many companies which are doing it in a right way. Of course it is relevant what products you sell but even keeping that in mind, only few are using segmentation based on age and are modyfing the communication methods based on that.
